Mover Volunteer Agreement (v1.0)
By signing below, I confirm that:
- I am 18 years of age or older.
- I am volunteering freely, without compensation or employment relationship.
- I am using my own vehicle and assume full responsibility for its operation and insurance.
- Carry Forward is a coordinator only and is not a moving company, employer, or party to any transaction.
- I may decline any move at any time, including upon arrival.
- I will keep donor and recipient information strictly confidential.
- I release Carry Forward from liability arising from my voluntary participation, to the extent permitted by law.
- Gas reimbursement is not guaranteed and not currently available.
